Terms and Conditions of SABA

 

By becoming a client of San Angelo Basketball Academy (SABA), you agree to the following terms.

 


1. Refund Policy

We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. Our program has limited availability and each spot is sought after. All sales are final. 

2. Contract Month

When signing a 3- or 12-month contract what you are getting is 4 sessions a month. A minimum of two of the sessions will be one on one training, while the remaining sessions may consist of a small group to include 2, 3, or 4 total students. SABA has the right to decrease the number of group sessions in a month and replace those with one on one sessions. Additional sessions in a month can be purchased outside of the contracted agreed upon sessions. All sessions must be paid prior to the session taking place. Any session cancelled by SABA for nonpayment, will not be rescheduled.

3. Reschedule Policy

48 hour written (email) notice is required to reschedule. The sooner notice can be given the better so a new time can be coordinated as close to the original scheduled session as possible.

4. Missed Session Policy

SABA has a zero-toleration missed session Policy. If you miss a scheduled session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with SABA 48 hours before the session, you will receive a makeup session within a 7-day period. If you do not complete the make-up session within 7 days, you will forfeit the session. For vacations or injuries that are communicated properly SABA has the right to extend the makeup session past the preferred 7 day reschedule time frame listed above. 

 

5. Player Conduct Policy

All students are required to show up 10 minutes before each session to warmup with the proper basketball attire.  Please be quiet and courtesy during this warmup session as it may overlap the end of another student’s session. We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with completing homework assignments at home.

6. Payment Policy

By committing to our 3 or 12 month agreement, you agree with the signed contract that you can commit to the entire commitment. You have the option of paying in full or paying monthly. You may pay using credit card through PayPal (3% fee added) in advance of any session or you may pay by cash, check, or money order prior to any unpaid session. There will be a $15 fee for any session that is NOT paid with sufficient funds prior to the session occurring. This includes any disputed payments through Paypal, any returned checks for insufficient funds, and any other means of nonpayment. 

7. Early Contract Termination Policy

If you choose to cancel during the 3 or 12 month contract, you can cancel anytime by contacting SABA at [email protected].

Early Termination

You can opt out of and cancel your contract anytime by paying SABA an early termination fee of ½ of the remaining contract including any fees owed as mentioned in point 6 above.  


8. Training Contract

By agreeing to our 3 month program, all sessions must be completed within 3 months from the start date. By agreeing to our 12 month program, all sessions must be completed within 12 months from the start date. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. SABA will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete the sessions in a timely manner. The training sessions must be complete within the (3 months) or (12 months) depending on the contract length unless changed in writing by SABA.

9. Recurring Monthly Fees

By committing to our 3 or 12 month contract you agree to make the monthly payment prior to the start of any unpaid sessions. 

10. End of Contract & Renewal Policy

If you would like to STOP training after our contract is complete, simply email us at [email protected] and let SABA know 30 days before the final session that you will be discontinuing in the program. If you do not communicate with SABA 30 days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning we hold your spot in the program) and you will continue to train in the program. The monthly fee for not having a signed new contract is 110% of the previous contracted rate.

11. Injury Policy

If the student becomes injured and is unable to train for 30 days or longer due to an injury your contract will be placed on HOLD, and reinitiated once the student is able to participate again. SABA has the right to cancel a contract that is placed on hold for more than 90 days as a result of an injury. Any prepaid sessions will be refunded if SABA cancels a contract due to injury.
