Individual & Small Group Sessions

 

Training sessions are year-round and for players of any age and experience level.  This is a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvement during each training session.  This is individualized training based on your needs.  Each player is different and sessions will be tailored to each specific student so they can develop and improve their knowledge and skill in the game of basketball.  This includes, but not limited to: ball handling, shooting form, defense, agility training, offensive moves, conditioning, overall IQ and more.  During those sessions, we develop a workout routine that a player can execute on their own time, which will empower him/her to control their own fate.  We can only teach you what the shortest path to the next level is, once a player knows what to do, it is up to them to put in the work! 

Successful coaches will tell you, “Players are made in the Spring and Summer, teams in the Fall and Winter.”  This means during basketball season, training should be geared towards focusing on making the player better for the team.  When the season is over, training focuses on making the player the best possible player.
